Santiago de Chile (3 days /2 nights)
Day 1 Arrival and reception at the airport.

Transfer to the hotel In the afternoon enjoy a city tour in Santiago. Founded in 1541, Santiago is the most
important cultural and artistic center of the country. Here visitors can find a wide range of entertainment, including theatre, opera, museums, and a wide variety of restaurants catering for every palate, dance
clubs and folk shows. We will visit the civic center. Here, there is the Nation’s great historical, architectural and cultural heritage. We can distinguish museums, buildings, ancient churches, squares and parks. Among them, there are the metropolitan cathedral, the Precolumbian Art Museum, the
Plaza de Armas (main square), the Palacio de la Moneda (the Mint Palace), the Stock Exchange, the Court House, the Forest Park, the ENTEL Tower, the Casa Colorada Museum and the Club Hipico (Riding Club). Undoubtedly, the Plaza de Armas is the reflection of colonial life a century ago. On one of its sides, there is a big monument in honor of Pedro de Valdivia, the founder of Santiago. Opposite, there is the one-aisle cathedral, the Post Office building and other residences. It is important to emphasize that fast and modern means of transportation go through town and have very accessible rates.

An important subway network with endless combinations connects the entire city in a few minutes. Buses and trolley buses have a leading role in the city’s daily life. Continue to the Parque Forestal, the Fine Arts Museum and the bohemian area of Bellavista before climbing the San Cristobal Hill to enjoy a
panoramic view. This vast area combines the most varied costumes and handicraft trade with restaurants, art galleries, theaters and jewelry stores. Here, cultural and night life is very busy. The Cerro
San Cristóbal Metropolitan Park offers one of the best panoramic views of the city. The place was chosen by the poet Pablo Neruda to build one of his homes, today a museum. The tour finishes with a visit to the craft village of Los Graneros del Alba, before returning to the hotel.

DAY 2 Day at leisure to enjoy an optional tour.

From Santiago it is easy to visit ski resorts such as Valle Nevado or Portillo and wineries such as
Concha y Toro, Cousiño Macul and Santa Rita If you are interested in landscapes we recommend
Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. The picturesque port of Valparaíso was founded in the XVI century and The oldest part of town was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003. Optional visit
to the Museum House of Pablo Neruda, La Sebastiana, before returning to Santiago.

DAY 3 Morning at leisure.

In due time transfer to the airport to board your scheduled flight.

DAY 2 Santiago/ Santa Cruz

Departure from the hotel towards San Fernando city located 140 km from Santiago. From this city
departs the train that will take you to the Colchagua Valley, located 200 km (125 miles) south of Santiago. This valley is considered the home of the Chilean cowboy. After 2 hours, leaving the Maipo Valley and crossing the Cachapoal Valley, arrive to the Colchagua Valley and its principal city, Santa
Cruz.

The town of Santa Cruz, in the heart of the region, is home to a typical harvest festival every year, as well as a local gastronomic fair with wine tastings and a wide variety of traditional activities The region tends to produce more red wines than white. Visit two vineyards with wine tasting tour included and lunch. During the afternoon, visit the Colchagua Museum that houses a great collection of historical, archaeological and modern items. DAY 3 Santa Cruz / Santiago

The wine adventure continues in the Colchagua Valley, today visiting other vineyards with wine
tasting tours at each property. Lunch is included. Transfer to Santiago

DAY 4 Santiago.

Morning at leisue, If your depart flight is in the afternoon take an optional culinary tour. Visit one of the
typical markets of the area and taste native fruits, purchase fresh bread and the spices for today’s lunch. Return to the restored 1920’s loft, where Liz, the host prepares a delicious 3 course gourmet lunch for the group. In due time, transfer to airport to board the scheduled flight.
