Montevideo(3 days /2 nights)
Day 1 Montevideo.
Arrival and reception at Carrasco International Airport, Montevideo port or bus station. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon: City Tour visiting Montevideo’s most important attractions: the Independence
Square, the Legislative Palace, the traditional Prado neighborhood, the residential zone of Carrasco, the Old City and pedestrian streets, the town hall, the cathedral and the typical Mercado del Puerto, where we will have lunch. (Lunch not included).

Day 2 Montevideo.
Day at leisure to take optional tours. We suggest the Full Day visit to Punta del Este visiting one of the world’s most famous and crowded summer-resorts (Daily). Visit Piriápolis in order to go to the San Antonio Hill, where you will be able to appreciate a wonderful view of the coast, Casapueblo, the undulated bridge of “La Barra and the Mansa and Brava beaches. We will return to Montevideo in the afternoon. At night, we suggest a dinnershow with tango, Candombe and other typical Uruguayan
music.

Day 3 Montevideo.
In due time transfer to Carrasco International Airport.

Day 1 Buenos Aires / Montevideo.
Fast Ferry Buenos Aires – Montevideo (included) in the morning. Arrival and reception. Transfer to Hotel and City Tour visiting Montevideo’s most important attractions: the Independence Square, the Legislative
Palace, the traditional Prado neighborhood, the residential zone of Carrasco, the Old City and pedestrian streets, the town hall, the cathedral and the typical Mercado del Puerto, where we will have lunch. (Lunch not included). At night, we suggest a dinnershow with tango, Candombe and other typical Uruguayan music

Day 2 Montevideo / Colonia.
Full Day tour to Colonia Del Sacramento visiting Colonia’s most important attractions. Colonia is an old
city which has been declared World Heritage by the UNESCO. We will visit the little stone streets, old edifications, forts, Spanish and Portuguese Museums, the port, downtown, the Ferrando Beach, the
wonderful Coastal Rambla which borders Colonia from the Old City to the “Real de San Carlos” where we will visit the bullring, the horses’ race course and the old port. We will stay at Colonia for the night.

Day 3 Colonia / Buenos Aires.
Transfer to the port. Fast Ferry to Buenos Aires (included).

Important notes:
Extra night in Montevideo is possible if you want take an optional excursion to Punta del Este.

The Route of the Wine and Cheese (3 days /2 nights)

Day 1 Colonia.
Meet and greet at Colonia Port. City tour visiting Colonia’s most important attractions. Colonia is an old city which has been declared World Heritage by the UNESCO. We will visit the little stone streets, old edifications, forts, Spanish and Portuguese Museums, the port, downtown, the Ferrando Beach, the
wonderful Coastal Rambla which borders Colonia from the Old City to the “Real de San Carlos”. We continue with a visit to Bernardi Winery, a small winery in Colonia known for its artisan production of fine wines and “grappas” elaborated with their own grapes. The “Grappa” is a typical strong Italian drink
produced with the residue of the different selection of grapes. This is how we have “Grappa Moscatel”, “Grappa Tannat”, and “Grappa Merlot”. We will then enjoy lunch at Estancia La Vigna where we will visit the dairy where homemade goat cheese is elaborated. After lunch, we will continue our trip to Estancia
Finca Piedra, located in the sleepy railway town of “Mal Abrigo”, over the “Mahoma” mountain range in the province of San. This estancia with stone grounds, smooth winds, glades and streams, is an ideal place that combines rest, excellent gastronomy, horse riding and exclusive wine stock from their own vineyard!

Day 2 Colonia / Montevideo.
Horse back riding and visit to vineyards. Lunch at the estancia; guests will be able to enjoy native gastronomy, and taste organic foods brought to the table directly from the estancia fields. “Parrillas” or indoor barbeques are a favorite among guests with fresh Uruguayan meats and flavors! All accompanied by the most exquisite wines. In the afternoon, transfer to Montevideo and visit to La Chacra Cheese Farm where we will be able to taste the typical homemade cheeses some of which have been macerated in tannat wine giving the cheese a very particular taste. After this visit, we will make a second
stop at Carrau Winery. Arrival at Montevideo.
Accommodation.

Day 3 Montevideo
After breakfast, morning City Tour visiting Montevideo’s most important attractions: the Independence Square, the Legislative Palace, the traditional Prado neighborhood, the residential zone of Carrasco, the Old City and pedestrian streets, the town hall, the cathedral and the typical Mercado del Puerto, where we will have lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to Establecimeinto Juanico located in the Province of Canelones in Uruguay (30 minutes transfer approximately). The original natural stone buildings of
this historic winery were built around 1830 and have been modernized whilst retaining their original character. The visit starts with a walking tour of the vineyards, then the visit to the winery, the antique stone buildings and the underground cellars. We will then continue our trip to Bodega Bouza. This winery was born as a family business. They believe that working on smaller scales produces better outcomes and so they take great care in applying this to every stage of the winemaking process, from the vineyard to the glass of wine. Guests will be able to taste and obtain limitededition wines which may only be purchased at their private boutique. After the visit, transfer back to Montevideo´s Port.
